Position: Business Development Executive

| Description: Maintains and grows client base by building long-term relationships with prospective clients. |

Position Status: Full Time

Qualifications
- 1-5 years of sales experience
- Strong background in financial services (wealth management, insurance, commercial banking), professional services, or previous experience within the PEO industry is recommended.
- Inside and/or outside sales experience working with small to mid-sized companies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record in a quota-driven sales environment
- Ability to execute on a strategic, consultative sales approach
- Self-motivated, consultative, enjoys a fast-paced outside sales environment with unlimited earning potential.
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred

Requirements
- Prospecting and cold calling
- Researching and identifying potential new business leads
- Developing relationships with small and mid-sized companies to target and convert prospects into clients
- Conducting introductory and proposal meetings via inside / outside sales
- Managing current clients at the business owner level
