several glaring gaps in the Company’s HR procedures. One notable action from the audit was that Staff One provided
job descriptions for every position in their company. These clearly defined job descriptions not only set forth
parameters and expectations for each position but also ensured appropriate ADA and FLSA compliance.
In addition to job descriptions, Staff One found an outdated employee handbook. Rather than having Staff One evaluate
and update an existing handbook, the Client requested that the HR team incorporate its current policies and procedures
into a new, fully customized employee handbook.
Safety reviews and site-specific training also helped the Client maintain OSHA compliance and ensure safety best practices.
