The Challenge
The Client came to Staff One seeking a group health insurance plan to accommodate their multi-state workforce.
In addition, because of its rapid expansion into new regions, the Client was also encountering regulatory and
HR challenges.
The Staff One Impact
In order to help the Client attract and retain high-quality employees, Staff One designed a complete benefits
package available to employees in all locations. Staff One’s professionals also advised the Client and provided
assistance with an array of compliance issues, ensuring that all requirements were met.
Since Staff One is registered to conduct business in all 50 states, this has enabled the Client to make a seamless
transition when expanding into a new region. Staff One’s team of HR professionals stays abreast of local and
national compliance issues and regulations in order to effectively assist and advise managers at
each Client location.
Throughout its expansion into new regions and during its larger sales initiatives, the Client’s workforce increased
by approximately two hundred employees. Staff One’s payroll and risk management professionals help the Client
maintain its business focus by handling all garnishments and unemployment claims on the Client’s behalf.
With many different locations, payroll and timekeeping also posed a challenge for the Client. Using Staff One’s
centralized, web-based timekeeping system, the Client has been able to save time and eliminate the need for multiple
systems and software.
