Dell Wood, President & CEO
A Southeastern Oklahoma State University graduate with a degree in Speech
Communications, D ell spent 15 years in broadcasting before entering the PEO
industry in 1986. In 1988, he founded Staff One, Inc. and joined the National
Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO). Dell has served
three terms on NAPEO's national Board of Directors, as well as serving terms as
President and Vice President of the Texas Chapter of NAPEO. In 1999, The ProEmp
Journal recognized Dell as one of the "19 Most Influential Individuals
Who Have Made All The Difference." He is a past president of NAPEO, and has
served two terms on NAPEO's national Board of Directors. In 2003, Dell received
the prestigious Michaeline A. Doyle Award for "his leadership and commitment to
improving the PEO industry".

Mike Edmonds, CFO/Director of Risk Management
Mike is a graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a degree in
Business Administration - Accounting. A Staff One employee since 2000, Mike
oversees the Risk Management, Payroll, Accounting and Benefits departments. As
CFO, Mike is responsible for all financial aspects of Staff One’s operation. He
has attended the PEO University Benefits seminar, as well as NAPEO's Client
Profitability seminar. Mike formerly served as CFO for The Christie Lodge in
Avon, Colorado, managing all aspects of finance, accounting, owner accounts and
information systems for a 14,000-member homeowners' association.

Deneice Ridlehuber, PHR, Vice President of Client Services
Deneice is responsible for ensuring that Staff One's core services are provided
effectively to all clients and employees. She monitors the activities of Staff
One's service team, coordinating with all departments to ensure quality service
delivery for our client. With Staff One since 1989, Deneice is experienced in
most areas of Professional Employment. She serves on the Management Team with a
specialty in the areas of HR and regulatory compliance. Deneice has nine years'
experience with the Job Training Partnership Act in the area of job placement
and recruitment with special training in the area of behavior counseling. She
has also served as Treasurer and Secretary of the Texas Chapter of NAPEO.

Derrick Mclaren, Controller
Derrick is a graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University with a degree
in accounting. He served as Senior Staff Accountant for two years before
becoming Staff One’s Controller. Derrick manages all aspects of finance,
accounting, benefits, payroll reporting and audit preparation. He was formerly
a Senior Auditor for Adami, Lindsey & Company LLP, where he performed all
auditing functions and prepared various personal, business and estate tax
returns.

Linnea Edwards, FPC, Director of Operations
Linnea is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a degree in Accounting.
A four-year veteran of Staff One, she has managed all aspects of finance,
accounting and payroll reporting. Formerly the company’s Controller, Linnea now
oversees Staff One’s daily operations, ensuring accurate and efficient payroll
processing and proper funding on a daily basis. She has achieved Fundamental
Payroll Certification and is currenlty pursuing Certification as a Payroll
Professional through the American Payroll Association.

Stan Burks, PHR, Director of Client Services
Stan Burks is a 20-year veteran of the PEO industry with a broad range of experience. He began his PEO career in sales in 1988, earning numerous sales awards before moving into service and operations in 1994.
Stan was instrumental in the development and implementation of the client service division for a prominent PEO, eventually becoming Orientation Supervisor for the central and western regions of the United States.
Stan is responsible for HR and training services offered by Staff One, as well as the management and training of the company’s Regional Human Resource Managers.

Bethany Erickson, Director of Benefits
Bethany is a graduate of Iowa State University with degree in Logistics Management. She also earned a Master’s degree of Business Administration degree from the University of Kansas. She joined Staff One in early 2006, bringing more than 15 years of business management experience from varying industries and sizes of operations. Bethany is responsible for managing all aspects of the employee benefit programs offered by Staff One, Inc, including the day-to-day operations, providing customer service to clients and employees, and ongoing evaluation of current and prospective vendors.

Michael Robinson, CIO
Mike is a graduate of Southeastern Oklahoma State University with
a degree in Computer Information Systems. He joined Staff One in 1994 from
K-mart Corporation, where he served as Assistant Store Manager. Mike manages
all aspects of Information Systems and has extensive experience in management,
maintenance of and report writing in PayPlus, the most widely used PEO software
in the industry. Mike is responsible for the overall operation of the MIS
Department.

Brian Wood, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Brian joined Staff One, Inc. in 1990. Since that time, he has served as Benefit Specialist, Director of Benefits, District Manager and Vice-President, Regional Manager. Prior to his tenure at Staff One, Brian served as a life insurance agent for New York Life. He has more than 15 years of management and sales experience. He has served terms as the Secretary and Vice President of the Heartland Chapter of NAPEO and was named to The ProEmp Journal's "Who's Who in the PEO Industry". Brian is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma, with a degree in Public Affairs and Administration.
