Staff One Earns Best Practices Re-Certification

DALLAS, July 11, 2011 - Leading HR Outsourcing provider Staff One, Inc. recently received Workers' Compensation Risk Management Best Practices recertification from the Certification Institute (CI). The company has maintained this prestigious certification continuously since 2004. The rigorous recertification process is a result of independent professional verification that Staff One's risk management program consistently meets proven risk management best practices to reduce work-related accidents, health exposures and control workers' compensation insurance losses.

"We are proud to have again earned the PEO Workers' Compensation Risk Management Certification from the Certification Institute," said Barbara Williams, Staff One Director of Risk Management. "It means a lot to have this independent verification of our PEO's capability to deliver risk management services to our clients. By meeting or exceeding the best practices established by CI, we provide greater value to our clients in the form of need-assessments, feasibility studies, program design, development of time and cost estimates, as well as other aspects of program planning and development."

As a professional employer organization (PEO), Staff One provides human resource solutions by managing human resources, payroll, workers' compensation, employee benefits services and more. This relationship allows Staff One clients to focus on their core competencies to maintain and grow their bottom line.

Workers' compensation risk management is an important component of this total human resources solution. The PEO workers' compensation risk management best practices certification program was developed to provide independent professional verification that a PEO's risk management program meets proven risk management best practices to reduce work-related accidents and health exposures and control losses.

The certification program was developed through the cooperative efforts of workers' compensation insurance companies and PEO industry risk managers and insurance brokers with the support of the National Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO) and the Employer Services Assurance Corporation (ESAC). The program is administered by the independent, non-profit Certification Institute. For more information, visit www.CertificationInstitute.org.
