Out of a nationwide total of approximately 2,000 HR service firms with PEO offerings, Staff One HR is one of fewer than 60 currently accredited by the Employer Services Assurance Corporation (ESAC). Through its stringent independent application and monitoring process, ESAC evaluates compliance with important ethical, financial, and operational requirements. Companies with ESAC accreditation are backed individually by a $1 million surety bond, plus a $15 million excess surety bond to provide assurance of the timely and appropriate performance of key employer services. In addition to being ESAC accredited, Staff One HR has achieved Workers’ Compensation and Risk Management certification by the Certification Institute. This certification results from an independent professional verification that Staff One HR’s risk management program is meeting proven risk management best practices to reduce work-related accidents, health exposures and control workers’ compensation insurance losses. At Staff One HR, we care about our clients’ and employees’ information security and privacy. As such, our Retirement Services Administrator partner operates in SAS 70 type II certified environments. SAS 70 is an auditing statement issued by the Auditing Standards Board of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), officially titled “Reports on the Processing of Transactions by Service Organizations”.
